These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name jeparatoto, accessible at jeparatoto.cam ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our"). To register and maintain an active Account on jeparatoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are natural person aged21 years or older. Jeparatoto enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where accessing or using an online gambling service is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jeparatoto or its affiliated service providers.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jeparatoto at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Jeparatoto is entitled to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm its accuracy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any Account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, shall be your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jeparatoto support immediately via our24/7 live chat service.

Jeparatoto will never request your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication channel. Users should treat any such request as a potential security threat and report it to our support team.

By accessing and using jeparatoto, you agree to use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform and all games, software, graphics, content, and functionality accessible through it are provided for personal entertainment purposes only.
• All wagers placed on jeparatoto are final once accepted by the system. Jeparatoto does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in exceptional circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred, as determined solely by jeparatoto.

Jeparatoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Accepted methods for Malaysian players include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted inBitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 per transaction foriat payment methods. Minimum cryptocurrency deposits are denominated in fiat-equivalent values starting from approximately MYR 30 (USDT) to MYR 50 (BTC equivalent).
• Withdrawal Processing: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one network confirmation block.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified Account (KYC completed). Jeparatoto reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending identity verification.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits. Jeparatoto may apply additional verification steps if a User requests a withdrawal to a different payment method.

• No Third-Party Payments: Jeparatoto will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts not registered in the User's verified name.

Jeparatoto offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Credit is credited to your Account separately from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn directly — only winings generated from Bonus Credit that have met the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unused Bonus Credit will expire and be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• Jeparatoto reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect Bonus Credit already credited to a User's Account.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using promotional balances solely on low-risk bets to drain wagering requirements, or coluding with other Users — will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus Credit and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.
• The 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus applies to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits up to MYR 688 per transaction. Standard wagering requirements apply. 21+ only. Full promotion terms are available on request from our support team.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on jeparatoto, including pre-match and in-play wagering across football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC, basketball badminton, esports, and all other covered markets:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jeparatoto. A bet is not confirmed until the system generates a confirmed bet reference number. Jeparatoto may decline any bet at its discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed in the system.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned before the applicable completion threshold for that market, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Real Money Balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds update in real time. Jeparatoto accepts no responsibility for any transmission delays between live event data providers and the Platform. Bets placed on incorrect-play odds due to data feed errors may be voided at jeparatoto's sole discretion.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Jeparatoto reserves the right to cap individual bet winings at a defined maximum regardless of the placed stake and odds.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed on odds that were clearly published in error due to technical malfunction or human error may be cancelled by jeparatoto, and stakes will be returned.

Jeparatoto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all registered Users. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or income source.

Jeparatoto provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds that restrict the amount of funds added to their Account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Users may establish maximum net loss caps over defined periods to prevent excessive financial exposure.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a set amount of gaming time has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Users may apply a temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which they are unable to log in to their Account or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply a permanent or long-term self-exclusion through the responsible gambling portal in their Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeparatoto Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances (including deposited funds where applicable fraud has been identified), and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions, or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, circumvent game mechanics, or exploit promotional systems.
• Coluding with other players, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupted sports event wagering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Facilitating underage gambling or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access the Platform through your Account.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jeparatoto staff or other Users.

All content available on the jeparatoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, graphical user interface elements, game content, promotional materials, text, images, and video — is the intellectual property of jeparatoto or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use the jeparatoto brand name or trademarks in any commercial context; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeparatoto and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of gambling winnings due to technical malfunction, system failure, server outage, or telecommunications interruption.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network infrastructure providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jeparatoto's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by jeparatoto.

Jeparatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting jeparatoto support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and confirmation that no pending wagering obligations remain.

In cases of Account termination for breach of these Terms, jeparatoto reserves the right to withold all or part of any Account balance where the balance is reasonably believed to have been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.

Jeparatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jeparatoto will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practical, notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification of significant amendments.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

Jeparatoto recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which jeparatoto operates. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute between a User and jeparatoto, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jeparatoto's internal complaints handling process, accessible via the 24/7 live chat support channel. Jeparatoto aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in jeparatoto's licensing conditions. Users retain any statutory rights to seek redress through judicial or regulatory channels as available in their jurisdiction.
